We are looking for a Quality Control Technician to ensure product quality and food safety throughout the production process. This role is responsible for collecting and testing samples, reporting results, and supporting compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
Collect and inspect product samples during production
Perform tests to verify quality and food safety
Report results and communicate issues promptly
Support HACCP, GMP, and safety program compliance
Assist with investigations and corrective actions
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in food science a plus)
Experience in food manufacturing or quality control preferred
Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, and food safety basics
Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
Ability to stand for long periods and lift 25–50 lbs
Basic computer skills (Excel, data entry)
Good communication and teamwork skills
