An established 3PL company located in Union City, CA is seeking an experienced bilingual Customer Service Clerk to join their team. This is a temporary position in a fast-paced office/warehouse environment.
Qualifications:
2–3 years of experience working in an office and/or warehouse setting
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Ability to multitask and wear multiple hats
Outgoing personality with strong communication and customer service skills
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assisting customers and internal teams with daily inquiries
Supporting office and warehouse operations as needed
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
